  3. Close on one letter of the banner, oozing green. GREEN. IT IS ALWAYS GREEN.
  4. Jonas, soaked, in the doorway. Every plate inside is heaped with green. INSIDE, EVERYONE WAS EATING. EVERYONE WAS SMILING.
  5. Amanda, fixed smile, a sprig of coriander behind her ear. WELCOME HOME.
  6. Chart tops a cocktail with one coriander sprig. HANDCRAFTED. AUTHENTIC. ALWAYS.
  7. Jonas raises one finger as he orders. NO CORIANDER. MAI SAI PAK CHI. PLEASE.
